‘Porteño’ is a Spanish word that’s often used to describe people from a ‘port town’.

The scene of constant activity and buzz, Manly has been defined by the porteños who live and work here; an eclectic group of creators, curators and mavens. Due for completion in 2021, the Porteño development will give a new wave of people the chance to call this unique port town home – and even play a part in shaping its future.
